  • For orders in the US, please visit knitiq.com.
  • We will send you an email to confirm your order has been despatched, please contact us if your order hasn’t
    arrived within the time specified.
  • Most of the time, we send all the items you've ordered in the same parcel. However, very rarely, we find we
    haven’t got something you’ve ordered. If this happens, we send the items that are available straight away,
    and post the other bits to you as soon as they become available again. Don';t worry, we won't charge twice
    for postage, and we will call or email and tell you if this happens.
  • We are unable to split the delivery of an order between two addresses. We know our products make
    excellent gifts, so should you happen to be treating yourself and someone else, you can either place two
    separate orders online, or, alternatively, you can email our Customer Services team anytime, who will be
    happy to help you with your order request. We’ll aim to get back to you within 24 hours, but usually sooner.
  • All our delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines. Please note, we cannot be
    held responsible for any third-party involvement where delays occur to deliveries.
